LOTIS®
200-K is a non-rotating, 12 channel, laser triangulation system for the inspection of small diameter tubes. Tubes as small
as 0.265 inches (6.73 mm) inside diameter can be inspected remotely. The system provides results in a user-friendly computer-graphic
format. Its twelve internal radius measurements are useful for detecting the presence of dents, build up of sludge or corrosion.
The system has found applications primarily in smaller diameter heat exchangers and steam generator tubes. The probe is 0.25
inch in diameter and has over 50 optical and fiberoptic components in the small tip the size of a pencil erasure.
