The TAM Model 200 Systems’ unique features and capabilities include:

• Three (3) coaxial optical channels, namely:
  • an IR Imaging Channel (2.4-5.5 micron wavelength); 12.5 micron spatial resolution
  • a Laser Excitation Channel with shutter and XY beam steering
  • a Visible Imaging Channel with selectable magnification
• A large 200 mm working distance (250 mm standoff), coupled with a precision, software controlled, XYZ translation stage for specimen movement.
• Temperature resolution of 50 mK (1/20 °C) and absolute temperature measurements over the temperature range from 50 to 1000°C.
• User-friendly, graphical "Windows" software interface for calibration, control parameters, image acquisition and file manipulation.
